About the Role: As our Multi-Media Manager, you'll hold a key position within our marketing team, offering crucial insights and support in video production for various campaigns, quarterly goals, and affiliate marketing ventures. From brainstorming to delivery, you'll guide projects through every phase of production, ensuring seamless execution and top-notch results. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, produce, edit, and publish compelling video content for all our marketing initiatives. Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, generating on-brand ideas and concepts for video projects and campaigns. Manage our Wistia Account and YouTube Channel to optimize video marketing performance. Oversee video ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, maximizing engagement and lead generation while effectively managing budgets. Lead video projects, providing creative direction and on-site guidance for optimal results. Offer videography and photography services to our team, including shooting, editing, and some motion graphics work. Collaborate closely with our SEO Content Writer and Executive Social Media Manager to align video content with overall messaging and themes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, film production, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within a production company, marketing team, creative studio, or agency. Competencies: Proficiency in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Media Encoder. Familiarity with Sony Mirrorless DSLR cameras and a strong grasp of cinematic and studio lighting techniques. Understanding of video production sets and team dynamics. Solid grasp of marketing strategy and how video contributes to lead nurturing. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Thorough understanding of paid media, particularly in relation to video content. Basic knowledge of Ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or NetSuite. HubSpot Certification or experience is a plus. Creative mindset with a passion for contributing innovative ideas.
